Fun Run for the elderly, why not?

Just finished my 3K Fun Run experience this morning. Then in the afternoon after we finished praying the rosary in our faculty room, we had a 30-minute aerobics exercise. Hopefully, we will declare our own "biggest loser" by December. Hopefully my "before" and "after" body stats will be featured. In the meantime, here is one asking if you have your own fun runs too? Do share.

It was said the elderly should just walk not run anymore. Any doctor reading this blog? Or is it too much to insinuate that  "fun runs" are for the young take it or leave it?
