Theblues of an elderly when the electrical wiring of her home has gone "awry" and who is to blame?

There are basic things that every home has to make sure there is enough of its supply. These needs are usually called food, clothing and shelter but when an elderly has to deal with electrical wiring, it is a great hazard to overcome. Our home is barely two years old but already it is showing signs of destruction and the first to go are the electrical wiring. Now, with the mid-year bonus about to be released, the electrical needs are the first to be attended to.

Then the drainage is next to consider. The leaks are beginning to show and the promise that the house built by an architect-engineer is assured to be better built seems to elude me now. The cabinets have yet to be put up so the budget will surely not be enough. Aghh, sigh .  .

So when many things have begun to show decay and the electrical wiring has gone "awry" who is to blame? This elderly has answers in her mind and in her heart but will it solve my problems?

I like your blog and I can relate to your predicament......troubles with electrical wiring could cost us bucks but we have to make sure that we get a reliable electrician to fix it for us to avoid bigger problem in the future.
