Man does everything to have everything
Others escape to blot away anxiety
While others pray to hold on to the faith.
If only pain goes away . . .

Many go out of their way to amass wealth
Can you imagine the best service at your whim?
While majority can hardly eat if at all
Is the disparity so wide nowadays?
If only pain goes away . . .

Sometimes life explains itself
Those who seem to have all the luxuries in life
When their trials come they are equally huge as well
For those who have nothing barely realize what they do not have
If only pain goes away . . .

Blogs at fifty, at forty, at thirty, at twenty
Life's trials will come equally
Our responses just vary
And so each one of us still prays
