Alzheimer's Disease - Elderly blue? Elderly Blow?

Topics, like Alzheimer's Disease, is one possible disease every elderly is bound to face whether the elderly likes it or not; whether the elderly remembers it or not. The sad plight is addressed to this blogger and what a blow!

Fellow elderly, it is time to prepare for this eventually before it finally comes. When you listen to some experts who are not yet elderly, the fact remains that if the family is there to help, the elderly is not all alone when the disease wins.

Some facts are given after we "googled" it:
        * Alzheimer's disease uually begins at 60.
        * It can occur at any age.
        * It can begin at 40 or between 40 and 50, increases between 60 and 65; it is common over 80.

Elderly blue: Well, if it has to occur then it has to be so while one cannot help but be blue one can at least accept it. This leads to a blow.

Elderly blow: One reality in life is this gift to accept the reality. As in this Alzheimer's disease one can accept it and as early as any age, treasure the time one has and remember. . .Short memories may go away but long memories are here to stay. Live now and remember the many moments of love and care among family members and friends. Begin to count all the blessings and never take for granted even the little things that are usually taken for granted like breathing, blinking one's eyes, smiling and laughing at the nuances of life's daily chores.

If at all possible, beat the Alzheimer's Disease now before it catches up for by then we may not remember how it comes so life goes on.
