Did you hear Chiz or is it just "Chizmiss"?

It must be difficult to become a credible politician nowadays. Public opinion can make or unmake a political candidate.

Malaybalayan heard Chiz Escudero announce his decision to leave National People's Coalition. It is not "chizmiss" to comment on the aura of the Senator. It must have been difficult to do what he did but decide he did. Icons who show they are human after all tug a soft spot in our hearts.

The good senator is requesting us to give him more time to ponder on his next move. It would not be "chizmiss" to second the request. If there is something a leader should have in his side in moments when decisions of gargantuan consequence, it is time. Malaybalayan hastens to add: a prayer from every filipino who cares for our country's future.

May God help the young icon from Sorsogon as he discerns what is the best course of action to take. Malaybalayan prays for you. By the way, in one of Malaybalayan's blogs, she changed the mantra: life begins at fifty and more, not forty which is your present age. Live your young years, if not as a good senator, someone you aspire to be, in the way only Senator Francis "Chiz" Escudero can say.

College of Teacher Education NSTP-LTS responds to victims' urgent needs

Education students could not stand idly by knowing that so many have lost their loved ones and their homes. So, whatever little or  much we can raise within this week, we just want them to know we care. How I wish somebody has read this blog and communicate with me. You can send cash and we will buy the goods and see to it they reach the victims. I wish Bill Gates reads my blog and responds to the urgent call for generosity. Imagine, life goes on for most of us but the  families who lost loved ones are devastated.

Let us not take so much time deciding whether to help or not. If there is something we cannot have much of, it is  time. I hope to insert photos next time once something finally takes off. I will keep you posted. But feel free to join us - at least in prayer but better in action.
