Christmas cash gifts, Malaybalay employees are smiling and offer thanks to the Mayor, to the Governor and to the BSU Board of Regents

The buzz is that the City Hall regular employees of Malaybalay received fifty thousand while the job orders received twenty five. The regular employees of the capitol (provincial government) received eighty thousand while the non-regular received forty thousand . In Bukidnon State University, the regular employees - teaching and non-teaching- received twenty-two thousand nine hundred plus the cash gift given by the City Mayor. These so-called receivables rarely stay in the pockets of the personnel. Perhaps, the lending shops know what we mean. Do you know as the employees fall in line outside ATM machines, some of those who form the queue are the lenders who now hold the ATM cards of other employees?

Looking beyond varying amounts, we should not lose sight of the real meaning of Christmas: Peace, Love, Christ in our hearts.

To the taxpayers of the City of Malaybalay and Province of Bukidnon: Thank you for making our christmas happier. Malaybalayan wishes each of your families: A Peaceful, Loving Christmas and a Better, More Abundant New Year!
