2) Finally, the first trial hearing of the Ampatuan case has begun.
Bad News: 1) Mayon Volcano in Legaspi City, Albay, continues to expel lava and incandescent lava fragments.
2) Judge Jocelyn Solis Reyes, unlike Judge Luisito Cortes, accepted the challenge to be the judge of the Ampatuan case.
Yet Malaybayan is aware the list is incomplete. Suffice it to say that the Philippines just had Typhoon Ondoy which left thousands suffering up to now. Then, our country is declared the most dangerous country for journalists. Nowadays, danger is not limited to Basilan or Maguindanao but anywhere, anytime.
