Are you aware you can't take photos inside Gaisano Malaybalay?

We have informed you that Gaisano Malaybalay already opened. In our desire to show what is inside the building, we took some pictures. After some shots, one man approached and asked why I was taking pictures and for what purpose? Without much hesitation I told him it is for Malaybalayan.blogspot.com which we were sure he did not understand what it meant. Anyways, we ceased taking pictures. My daughter was nearby and explained that it seemed there is a standing policy whereby no one is allowed to take photos inside the establishment. So someday, only the shots from outside will be featured.

At least we learned that we cannot take photos inside Gaisano Malaybalay. Although I could still remember, we took pictures in big department stores somewhere. Whatever, better avoid hassles. No photos, period. However, guards or whoever is in-charge should be customer- friendly. It is his duty to explain nicely what the policy is and make the customer feel comfortable; this way the customer understands and cooperates. The one in Gaisano Malaybalay fell short of this supposed to be customer-friendly category.

It was therefore with surprise that I liked what I heard from customers who rode with me in the "motorela" expressing their dissatisfaction over the prices of goods in Gaisano. They found the goods more expensive. The other said to the effect: perhaps because their building is new and we are paying for it. Well . . .

So, Gaisano Malaybalay, take the comments for future improvement if it has to be a business, people of Malaybalay will patronize. After all, the business is only good for as long as the customers approve of it. "The customers are ultimately the reason you continue to exist or cease to stay."
