Bukidnon State University Auditorium, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines, was the venue of the three-fold celebration: Coronation of Ms. R.I.P.E. winners; Joint Christmas Party of the District Field Advisers(DFA) and Council Board Members and "Balik Scouting".
Malaybalayan participated in all the events because in fact she is the Vice-President for Field of the Bukidnon Council. During the Coronation, she was the Master of Ceremony. In Balik Scouting, she had a great time reminiscing her cadet days with fellow Girl Scouts; some of those who came were already girl scouts way back 1952!
Expect the rejuvenated Adult Leaders to visit your community. Nowadays, Girl Scouting does not limit itself to schools but expands to barangays and districts. Details of barangays and district committees will be blogged here very soon.
