Food delivery seems to be the easiest thing to do but. . .

There is much to consider when food seems tasteless or one needs another flavor if meals have to be eaten with gusto. So food delivery seems to be the easiest thing to do but at a price! very expensive in some instances. For us senior citizens, we get to avail of some discount but sad to say Jollibee does not give the discount if the food is delivered. Others, the smaller establishments give 10% but not Jollibee. So, who has the authority to remind J what it is not doing - and to senior citizens at that!?

So the foods get delivered. The recipes do not taste as delicious as we want it to taste. The softdrinks become stale and less sweet because the ice has added water to the mixture, agghh. Well, the food is served so we must eat the bounty in front of us whatever and however one feels about the state it is in. With the rains that bar us from leaving our homes, the delivered goods are a treat.

When we were children, fifty is sooooo old an age and so, Malaybalayan gets to reach 50 - in truth 60 and while it feels ancient, M does not feel sooooo old. The options to deliver food to her home seems to become more rampant especially because her children facilitate the delivery plus the cash.

Now, for example we await the delivery of our lunch. The rain is steadily becoming heavy and the weather colder. We hope the foods we are about to partake will taste delicious. We wish . . .
