Insomnia for the Elderly, is it normal or do elders forget to sleep?

Insomnia? The Alzheimer's Library has something nice to say about it. Fellow elderly, blow before blue: Insomnia should not be treated as inevitable result of aging. Nice, isn't it? But should you really suffer from insomnia RNViewpoint suggests five things to do:
1.  estalish a routine before bedtime that prepares you to sleep;
2.  engage in calming activities against very active and emotionally-filled ones;
3.  stay in a cool, quiet sleep environment;
4.  have just enough light not the glaring, bright ones; and
5.  engage in enough exercise during daytime.
Wow! all these things are not very difficult to do so elderly friends, are you ready to go with me and in spirit, take the positive route to overcoming insomnia.
After all, whether we like it or not, the elderly are especially vulnerable to insomnia which this blogger is experiencing.
Blogging is my saving activity when everyone else has gone to sleep except me.
