Senior citizens, are you ready for your summer trip?

Nothing beats a trip abroad with your family! This is made more heartening when you go there as adults ready to see the bigger world. This becomes extra special when you go with your grown children who pay all the fees for you.

Senior citizens, are you in the same boat with me? Are you ready for your summer trip? Where? This summer, we opted to go to Davao City, Mindanao Philippines and then Sarangani sometime in May. Expect some mementos after the fact. This time the basic family will be joined by relatives, mostly ladies in the clan. What is important is for us to go to the beach and lazily stay in the shore or go swimming to our hearts' content. If at all possible, experience sea food recipes and eat the same leisurely. 

Fellow elderly and senior guys and gals, let us make a pact: to live life is to go out and see the world! Children must find in this rare moment, a time to bond and express gratitude for all the times, the lows and the high and stay close with each other while time allows us to do so. It is painful to note that there are still many of us who have rarely journeyed far from home and taken care of by grown children for all the financial  requirements. Money should never be a hindrance to give happiness to one's parents who spent the best years of their lives making sure you will have the best years of the children's life in the future.

Do not say no: say I am ready for a summer trip, bring it on!
