This June, Malaybalayan is 61, but come July 1 she turns 62, wow!

Many things come our way that force us to take stock of our lives especially when you reach 60. Malaybalayan is in this dilemma in that she experiences intense melancholia, extreme sensitiveness to body pains and growing fear of the unknown.

While contemporary medicine is promising longer lives to senior citizens like those who are now 60 still have up to late 80's still the reality is before our very eyes: mortality is inevitable. So here goes Malaybalayan who is asking you fellow senior citizens: how should we view these events that trigger deep relections at the same time hopelessness or anxieties? Do share . . .

What is in store for the elderly beyond 60? I would life to suggest more brisk physical exercise on a regular basis. Add some travels to savor the beauty of nature like what we did when Island Tours generously allowed us to go island hopping in Cebu City (thank you Sir Aldeguer); swimming in Maribago Mactan,Cebu, Spa experience in Marco Polo(thank you Sir Luigi) and food galore in Marco Polo (thank you Sir Aldeguer, again?). When you become a recipient to the kindness of others you are so inspired to do better and dream to help others someday.

Allow yourself to just let go, whether senior or not ! Hello Life!!!
