Even the elderly are aghast at events all over the world . . .

In the Philippines, the deaths of Robredo, Bahinting and Chand, all victims of a plane crash. Around Luzon, 2 typhoons are hovering named "Igme" and "Julian" - "Tembin" and "Bolaven" called by international experts.
In Syria, a civil war that killed more than a hundred people. CNN reported 200 bodies have been found in Damascus suburb. It was confirmed that already 25 are declared dead.
In the United States of America, a disgruntled fired employee shot his boss and in the process he was shot by policemen and as a consequence 9 bystanders were wounded. 
In China, 36 dead in a bus crash.
In Venezuela, a refinery exploded.
Okinawa Japan is bracing for Bolaven and as reported the winds 213 kph gusts to 259 kph according to CNN.
In Haiti, Typhoon Isaac already had its way.
In Las Vegas,  compromising photos of Prince Harry are being circulated although we have to see it yet!
With all these events, even the elderly are aghast and can only look up to heaven for enlightenment as to what all these can mean for people - young and elderly - all over the world.
