Special lane for the elderly and senior citizens today election 2013

The Philippines has now become more elderly and senior citizen friendly in that during the election this May 13, 2013, there was a special lane just for them. In some areas the lane is not  designated but if the elderly and senior citizen will have enough guts to claim this service, then he or she will be given priority over the other voters.  This special lane is also provided for persons with disability or others would prefer to call them differently-abled persons.

So Malaybalayan voted but there was no reason to claim her right as an elderly because her daughter, Mindanaoan was there to document the activity so she was the one who lined up in her behalf to be fair to all the rest who really stood to wait for their turn.

Fellow Filipinos, this elderly and senior citizen is very proud of the way the voters have carried themselves during the election time. Definitely, the citizens have proven to the world that they vote as responsible citizens.  We do hear many complaints and you just have to open your eyes to come up with your own observations but over and above and in a general way, the election is relatively successful. Kudos Pinoy!
