At 61, I experienced having an ipod and now have the rare time to listen to Josh Groban music anytime, anywhere. Then all the other artists are there too for my listening pleasure. I like ipod. How I wish this is of another generation so it is not only for music but for my phone needs too. But this ipod answers to my need which I have dreamed for a long time, music while in the bus on my journey to Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
The sad experience of bus riders is the gossip and the noise while on board a bus. The movie is so poorly chosen, like a pirated copy and the passengers have their own businesses too: noise that is sure to pester your sanity. So now with my ipod and sony earphones, I can sleep with Josh Groban lulling me to dreamland and the list of other singers come one after the other making my journey better.
To Chevy, my son, thanks for the ipod. My other children have given me a netbook (thanks Irene!), while the other two boys cash! Whether they can give me something or not, the best gift they can give me is when they are around and we are one five-member family once again!
Talk about Elderly Blues and Blows . . .
